Rear Brakes- Replace Again?

I have a 2010 Sentra SER with a 2.5 Ltr and it seems like the car is constantly in the shop for rear brakes.
I just had them all replaced a few months ago and the rear passenger brake just started making a squeaking sound.

Could it be related to the emergency brake cable or something else?

Did this get resolved? I would suggest checking the calipers for corrosion and general cleanliness. The calipers could be dragging if in need of a rebuild or clean and lube job. You can also exercise the E brake and see if it's releasing all the way. I had an ebrake get hung and destroy the disk.
