We have lots of How To's on here and i checked the How to page and could not find one. Furthermore, i kept getting an error when trying to load the FAQ page. nevertheless,
anyone know of any tutorials on this or could offer advice?
I am going to do rears first, then I will do fronts. I want to put on some J Hook rotors (or something similar) anyone have experience with them? otherwise, can you suggest a good aftermarket rotor, i prefer either slotted or drilled, whichever is best. I do not have sport or brembo brakes.
Also, once I remove the caliper, when replacing rotors, is there a special tool required to take the rotor off?
is the hardware a hex config or metric socket?RED_DET wrote:The caliper to torque member bolts should be 14mm. The torque member to spindle bolts are 17/19mm. Those will have to be removed to get the rotor off. If just a brake pad change, then only the 14mm bolts will need to be removed.
Whenever you are ready to order, let me know.
