Greetings all I am wondering if anybody did a rear brake drum conversion to brake disc. If so how hard is it and how much did you spend? If somebody else made a thread like this please send me a link to that thread. The reason i want to convert my rear drums to a disc is that i want my car to have a better stopping performance and im looking to buy all 4 drilled and slotted rotors along with powdercoating all 4 calipers later on.

Is this in reference to the Infiniti M sedan? If so, you should already have disk brakes in the rear.
It's only the emergency brakes that are drums + shoes.

Yeah something isn't adding up here. Your car already has disc brakes in the back for sure if it's an M. Do you have a picture of your brake setup?

Also, I see you're from Schenectady. Welcome from a fellow Capital Region'er.

The M should come standard with disks.
