Rear brake conversion help

Ok I'm thinking of converting my rear drums to disk.I've been looking through the threads and must of them have been for the 240's and I'm not sure how universal they are for my application.One thread I found seemed like it would have me changing out the whole brake system.That plan also seems to be very costly and that does not appeal to me.I really only want to do what is necessary.I am looking for constructive and helpful information on this venture (i.e. parts I need, procedures to follow, things to look out for, issues that may, etc.).

Hasn't been done. AFAIK, can't be done easily.

I would look into the Z forum for hints. Not sure how it will affect some systems though, ABS, etc.
