Rear Backup Camera Display

When I shift into reverse my dashboard display flickers on and off. There's times where it'll work fine for an extended periods of time and there's periods of time where the screen goes black when I shift in reverse.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so how was it fixed?

Might be a lose connection to the camera in the back? I would probably take off the trunk liner and see what's what.

Yes, I plan to do that soon. I thought I saw on a forum somewhere that there's a defect in the backup camera equipment so I was just trying to find that info again. That being said I'll start with looking at the connections first, thanks...

I have the same issue. It a;ways happens after I close the trunk.

If it happens after closing the trunk maybe then it's a loose connection afterall? In my car it's intermittent and not associated with closing the trunk but it's worth checking the camera connection in the trunk, I'm going to check that soon.
