Rear and Front washer not working

Hey guys, i recently just got my 1990 z32 and everything is fine except for the windshield washers. Whenever i press the washer button for the front screen nothing happens, no sound of the washer pump and no wiper blades. The front wiper blades do work individually (regular windscreen wiping) just not when pressing the washer button. The rear however dosnt work at all, no washer pump sound and no wiper blades moving. The only thing i can think of is a fuse problem which im yet to check, but other than a fuse what could cause this? I dont think its the washer pump because the wiper blades dont move when i press the washer button. Could there be something wrong with the actual dash pod itself?

probably the wiper switch if the rear isnt doing anything at all, and the button for the front washer isnt working but wipers are. not sure if or how its wired since i havent looked but its probably a straight wire design

so you think there could be a issue with the control unit itself?

if i remember the switch just routes the power nothing more fancy beyond but i might be wrong but sounds like the switch when i was dealing with headlight turn signal issues i was amazed how the switch had nothing in it except contacts.
