I have asked this in a couple of other post but here I go. I am new to the nissan stuff and trying to get some info from all of you. In your opion what do you feel is the best part/s to be used in Alignment of the rear of the s14 240sx? I have heard mention of adjustable camber plates but who makes the best ones? Just wondering what all of you think. Please give me some info on the best ones, where they can be bought ect. thanks

i could be wrong, but im under the impression that there is a different part for each type of alignment adjustment, and depending on what you wish to adjust, you must install the appropriate piece. for example, i believe rear camber is adjusted using an 'upper rear adjustable link', this being your only option for adjusting rear camber. front camber is adjusted using a camber plate. there is a fair amount of info in the FAQ section for suspension to get you started, google should solve the rest.

hm, i might have misread you a little, thought you were asking if there was more than one option for each adjustment...best brands? there are a lot of debates all over the forum about brand names, a quick search should give you some results. a few that frequently appear are cusco, spl, and jic for those type of parts.

for minor adjustment, use camber bolts. For more adjustability, you will need rear upper control arms. Camber plates are for the front camber only.

I have REALLY bad wear on the inside of my rear tires. The outside is almost brand new while the inside is close to bald. This is getting expensive with 19' tires. Will getting the upper control arms solve this? How much do they run?

Your uneven tire wear is not necesarily caused by negative camber. It might be that your toe settings might be out of wack. Toe usually causes tire wear more than camber. You might need an alignment. If you get the upper control arms and get an alignment, it might fix it. They usually go for 320-375 for ones like cusco or battleversion. I think projectsilvia has some for cheaper.

I bought the Battle versions off of http://www.phase2motortrend.com and it fixed my camber problem but I think I need to buy the toe link bars to to adjust my toe.It is a little off right now.One thing for sure it cost more money to lower a 240 than a honda.
