Was checking alignment with a string and found that the driver rear wheel is toed in by about 1/16".
Correct me if I am wrong, rear alignment is not adjustable? How can I fix the rear toe in then?

The toe is usually adjustable.

Did you check the other side right, there may a light amount of toe-in on both sides to set the rear to front tracking in more firmly. I commonly do all my cars like that just a little, it makes them more surefooted.

I align all my stuff, they never see an aligning machine.

Affirmative: pass rear straight, driver rear toe in.
How would you align that? I don't mind a DIY, just want to be sure I know what I am doing.
God, I hate the splash guards getting in the way of a string at the axle height! But bending the guards in is not too hard, so the string test works fine in the end.

Have you ever found out how to adjust the rear toe ins?

The manual doesn't say anything about rear alignment. I wonder if you need to replace the rear axle or wheel hub.

Beam axles like your '95 never have adjustable toe and camber, you'd need to bend the axle. See RA-4 and RA-16 here:

There are specs, but the inspection procedure basically says, "If it's out, replace what's broken."
