Rear Air Deflector

I came across the rear deflector(part 7) and i was wondering if the two black circles in my picture are involved in the installation of it?

ya where can you get an air deflector. my mom's 2001 Qx4 doesnt have one

It's a factory part for the 2nd gens. Dealer should sell it.

I got mine off of Ebay for 45 dollars. There was 2 or 3 when i bought mine so there's a good chance there still for sale.
