Rear aero lip spoiler installation? M35 M45 06-07

I just got my aero rear oem lip spoiler for my 2006 M35s... I'm reading the oem instructions and it kinda looks complicated lol. Do I really gotta drill holes? Or have you guys done it differently? Lmk thanks

Just used the template and drilled the holes. Not hard at all.

I know I gotta drill the holes on the bottom of bumper but instructions seems like you have to make holes right on the bumper. The rear lip has clips right in middle...

Ima try take the clips out and use double side tape all around and drill the sides and under like I've Done on my tl-s... I don't wanna drill holes on my bumper
