The RAS failures - are they related to the motors only or something else as well? Does it happen equally often in the states where there is no dirt/rain to effect the motors- like NV, CA, AZ, etc? What do you think?

Yes motors, but do not forget the motors go out because of time/age, rough winter road salt, frozen suspension components, scorching summers, rust, corrosion, brittle plastic, dirt and grim cake polyurethane bushings and enjoying your M45 on the Desert to Palms Highway one too many times.

Pretty sure the Upstate New York winters is what did mine in.

My RAS has not worked for some time. So yes, need new servos, but cannot justify the price. I have yet to have any issues with rear tire alignment, tracking in a straight line at speed or unnecessary drift to the left or right at speed. Brakes straight and true as normal speeds. And my M is lower 1" in front and 1.5" in the rear.

2006 M45 Sport - Tastefully modified with -
Tein Flex Coilover with EDFC (always on 2)
Stillen Cat Back exhaust
Injen CAI
EBC slotted/dimpled brakes with Red Stuff
3M chip guard - headlights, front fascia, hood, door handles, top rear bumper (totally work the price)

Nope, not at all. I had Nissan check the alignment when I put the Blizzak's put on for winter and no issues with alignment at any corner - even with the lowered suspension.

Are you sure? In this forum, they mentioned intelligent cruise control, traction control did not work after that. Do you have the lights on? Thanks!

Positive. Matter of fact I just tried all three setting on the intelligent cruise control on the road the other day. No issues at any of the setting. Traction control works when on and there is difference when switched off (just the back seat people don't care for it off on KS 5 out to 435). No lights have ever come on for the VDC or anything other light because of the inop servos. Traction control comes on when it should and goes out and stays out once you let off the gas or at least until the next sandy/road salted/wet intersection.

Sorry no idea about the other forum post/threads. I guess dash light could come on if/when you disconnect the wiring harness to the servo.

This is a one owner car, me. The only issues I have ever had besides the recalls is the CD player was change out two times, battery that the stupid dealer told me was okay and didn't even check, and a new power steering rack last month when I changed over to the Blizzaks. This is when the Nissan dealer (that's right, I won't take it to the local Infiniti dealership) told me the RAF was inop. No lights have ever came on - past or present because of the RAF.

No problem. If you have any issues let me know and I'll call the Service Rep and Mechanic at Nissan as see what they think for a second opinion. Only the one mechanic touches my M and the only one authorized to work on MNSTR 0 and they both love the modifications to the M.
