J30 rear brakes have the same spline count as the 240. If you get Z32 rears, make sure it is from an N/A model Another option is to upgrade to a more agressive brake pad and maybe brembo blanks since the front brakes take care of close to 80% of braking.

You would need a z32 N/A rear upright, hub and e-brake assembly in order to use z32 rear brakes. 300zx turbo and q45s have larger diameter axles than 240s, thus the reference to the 300zx N/A model. Brembo blanks are OEM replacement rotors, that are just blank- not crossed drilled, slotted, etc. A lot of guys that AutoX their cars very often keep the stock, or OEM replacement, rotors and only upgrade the pads at the rear. Here is site that could act as a guide for brake options:

you don't need the z32 uprights to do the z32 rear brakes. you can also use the q45 rear brakes, you just have to have a 5 lug on it and customize the ebrake lines. you can also use the z32 turbo rear but just like the q45 you need a 5 lug hub out of z32 n/a, s14 or aftermarket and customize the length of the ebrake cable or skyline ebrake lines.

If you re-drill the rotors for four lug, you will not need the five lug hubs nor will you have to deal with having to do a five lug swap until you want to.

You have to remember most, if not all, 300zx cars came with five lug hubs and thus needed to have rotors with five holes.

just unbolt the 5 lug hub w/ the ebrake assembly and transfer them to your 240.

In addition to the above....assuming you have a set of rear hubs off of a non-turbo 300zx. Other wise you are looking at purchasing a set of after market five lug hubs designed for the s13. (IE: Ichiba, Attain, Circuit Sports, etc.)
