Does anyone have a set installed? Comments/Criticisms?Do they take the existing hydraulic lifter and modify it making it a solid adjustable type?

Seeing as i am in Australia and it would be prohibitively expensive for me to send the spare rockers to Real Nissan, i am looking into doing this conversion myself, with the help of a local machine shop.Would it be as simple as:- Drilling out/Dismantling the old lifter- Tap the resulting hole- Insert a suitably sized helicoil insert- Screw in the lifter screw- Screw on lock nut- Install in head, adjust lash
