Really quick ? about fuses

I noticed that some of the 10A fuses in my sx have the regular upside down u ark but some of the same type fuses have a z shaped arkWhat I'd like to know is when replacing these fuses does it matter what kinnda of ark fuse I use are they both the same?

This would really help me out =)

fuses are fuses they all do the same thing just make sure u put in the right amperage
