Really dumb question regarding the GT Spec Strut Bar

Hey guys, I just got my GT Spec front strut bar for my S13. Now before go bolt it on, it came with this funny shaped white bracket. I've honestly got no clue where it goes, or what it does. Anyone know how to install this white bracket, and what the purpose is?

Looks like a clip for a wiring harness. It will probably become obvious once you start putting it on.

its a bmc stopper, get it ut of the trash and put it on. it goes from the bar mounting bolt to the front of the bmc.

THAT little thin bracket as a BMC stopper?! seriously?! did you use your eyes to view that picture? really?

i dont think a company that makes beefy strut braces uses erector sets to make bmc stoppers.

I thought those brackets where so the 100 shot of Nos didn't blow the welds on my intake?
