ok i made one of the dumbest mistakes uver and i cant believe im posting this... last night it started raining and i left my window down in my car and my battery wasnt in.. so im quickly trying to put the battery in and not paying attention connected the battery wrong... i saw a few sparks and the battery started smoking so i quickly detatched everything.... so what could i have ruined in my car with my stupidity???......

Battery, and probably alternator for almost certain. Possibly wiring as well.

I take it our cars don't have a 100a main fuse? On most Nissans doing that will pop that fuse and no harm done. Worst case ecm fries. Hook it up right and see if you have power. If not check fuses. If so see what on the car works and what doesnt

Yeah I would think the main battery relay could be fried check it out its right by the battery in the smaller fuse box.

yes it turns out it was only the fuse to the battery that was blown. But now my rafio wont go on… did it fry my radio?

If it's factory you might have tripped the anti-theft code. I know this is primarily a Honda thing but check with Nissan. They should be able to get you the code via the vin # (if this is in fact the problem)

If it's an aftermarket, check your inline harness fuse.

Your fuses should have protected everything. Check your radio fuse specifically .
