Saw a CA16DE intake cam on eBay, and the specs are spot on the exhaust cam on the CA18DET. Any chance one could use 2 exhaust cams from the CA18DET on the CA18DET?
Just thinking out loud.

It's not a dumb question, but yes, it can be done. You may not want my opinion, but I'm going to give it to you anyway....It's not worth the effort or the money you're about to spend.
