They have articles on just about everything, including exotic topics, including supercharging, turbocharging, tuning to run without a MAF sensor, history of the Nissan VG engine, even a couple of pages on sparkplugs. Bet you never heard about indexing sparkplugs, where you add washers to the sparkplug so the opening between the center and ground electrode faces the intake valve, or polonium tipped sparkplugs that use the radioactivity to ionize the fuel air mixture so its easier to ignite.. Use the archives on the right hand side of the home page to select different years and months and scroll through the articles.http://www.452-engines.com/200....html

Don't know poloniun from bolonium but we indexed spark plugs in the 60's.

My father taught me.

Indexing sprakplugs does not utilize washers for that would change the depth or "reach". It involves matching rotaion of the sparkplug threads to each receptors threading.

I never have seen a definitive study that shows electrode gap facing one way or the other has much effect on combustion.
