realley need to know the diffrence Tein HAs vs HRs?

I have one set of Tein HAs, These are the basic street/sport coilovers. But what are HRs? I cant find any info on them since I think there are discountened. I would realley like to know....Please help.

From the Tein japan website, it seems that the HR is the sportier of the two. As far as specs, it has a 35mm piston and a twin tube shock design. Should also come w/ pillow ball tops. Seems like it's also supposed to be lighter too. Sorry, I'm using babelfish so it's not the greatest translation in the world.

Don't even worry about the HR. . . I'm not nocking the HA, but it's pretty much the HR with 16 way adjustable dampers. The HR is nonadjustable.

Well, Heres the deal. I plan on swapping the F/R pillow balls off the HRs onto the HAs. The one thing Im wondering about is changing the springs from the HRs to the HAs since they are noticably thicker and stiff. Any ideas?
