Ok guys its time for some management options I know Ill probably end up getting an safc and a chip for my ecu just to get the car on the road... but in all means what is a realistic horsepower that I can get out of the two.. Im wanting around 300- 320 range, Im wishing i had the money for a standalone right now but that just isnt possible, I want to do this right the first time. Ive searched and read all about the different options for the standalones, still kinda sketchy about some parts of them. But I just want to hear everyones opinon on this topic.. Everyone knows that they will evenually want more power and want to turn the boost up... Im just thinking the safc and chip can only do so much... Please respond, with experiences, prices and knowledge.. thanksMy current setup is :turbonetics t3/to4e550 inj.FMIC3" exhaustsafc2z32 mafw/built bottem end (CP)

chip and safc is weak sauce. the msII is a way better option for about the same price. im having trouble getting even a decent power band with my chip and safcII. mind you i dont care enough to take it to a dyno and tune with a wb as i have a msII that will require me doing the same deal as soon as i put it on, but i still despise the safc. its like a band aid on a massive wound.

The Horshams Dev. chip (stage III) w/SAFC is a decent combo but you've got to run the Z32 MAFS and 440cc injectors IIRC. If you try and under or over correct for the MAFS or injectors w/the SAFC it's gets the timing all screwy and the car doesn't run as well. If you DO have a Z32 MAFS and 440cc Injectors and just fine tune the fuel map w/the SAFC, then it's actually a pretty badass setup IMHO...

Where can one find a Horshams Dev. chip (stage III). Just curious b/c I have a Z32 maf, SAFC2, and 440 injectors just chilling on the side for future use.
