Real Wood Shift for G50 Q45?

I found a real wood shifter for Nissan car on JP Yahoo auction. It looks very much like the ones that are on our G50 Q45s except for the overdrive button. It says that shifter is for Nissan Stagea RS model. Do you think it will fit on Q?Thanks!

The OD button is on the wrong side.

Besides, the G50 has no OD feature on the tranny (at least mine don't).
