I pulled my rb25 out last fall to redo my car, stock tune maf and boost, ran perfectly fine no issues at all, redid the car put it back in, the only thing i changed was intercooler and intake slightly, and put in a autometer tach and adapter. Once i got it running again it idles fine and runs fine out of boost. As soon as it hits boost starts breaking up and fluttering really bad. So i changed the plugs out and it doesnt flutter now it opens up but runs ruff and feels like its running on like 2 cylinders and makes no power but if you stay on it it will make power for a second and then quit. Not to sure how it ran fine and then just does this when i put the motor back in. I am suspicious about the tach adapter box taping into the coil power, has anyone ever had an issue with one. Thanks.

Did you check for boost leaks? 75% of the "weird" problems around here are boost leaks.
