Real Tail light/brake light bulb replacement

Hi all
I haven't been on here for a looooooong time.
Quick one - how do I replace the real trail light/brake light bulbs on a 2008 M35x? I have the housing off the car but I can't figure out how to get to the bulbs (NOT the indicator bulb).

No bulbs, they're LED's. They're also sealed and not serviceable. You need to replace the assembly.

On the other hand my M35x has gone fault free since 2009 when i bought it off the owner of the dealership…

What would you suggest is the best place to source a good replacement part?
Most of what I see on eBay is crazy expensive, damaged or shipping is crazy

There are a couple of different part numbers and I'm not sure what the differences are, so the first thing is, visit https://www.infinitipartsdeal.com/ and enter your VIN. Then search "combination" to find the correct lamp for your ride. Then you can google that part number to find alternatives. However, buying the genuine part from InfinitiPartsDeal may be your best bet, their price was cheaper on both part numbers than anything I saw on eBay or Amazon.
