let's see.. price $123, location: China. Nardi is made in Italy, ergo, that wheel is as fake as it gets. A real deep corn doesn't have those bends in the spokes.

yea, its a fake. if you look at my build page, i bought one because i thought it was real too. i got it from a guy on here saying it was a real nardi and all so i went ahead and got it. it is still good quality, it feels good and looks identicle to my buddies real nardi deep corn but they dont make nardi with blue stitch and if you look where the name is etched in, there is paint smered onto the wheel arm.

I do have a question though, in my research and sites that I posted earlier I couldn't find any real nardi with that slight bend in the spokes of the wheel. Is that an older design, a variation or a bad copy on the part of chinaman?

What do you mean slight bend? Are you reffering to this area?

This is known as a deep corn, the real nardi also has a deep corn version. It is to help sit the steering wheel closer to the driver for a better feel for some.

Yea that's the area I am referring to. My confusion arises from the fact that Nardi's own website doesn't have a deep corn wheel with that bend in it. It may be one of those things where they don't have pictures of all the variations though.

Yeah I think that might be real. It says Made in Italy on the wheel. Of course that could be fake too, but it could be real.

Yea, im not positive if they sell the deep corn in a 350mm but i believe they do. If you can find one and are thinking of getting one, I would recomend the 350mm over the 330. Mine is a 330mm and it just feels a little small but thats just my opinion. I like the deep corn tho because the wheel feels more in my lap and easier to throw

yea, the ebay one is fake. My buddy payed 300 for his authentic Nardi. I payed 95 shipped. If you put them side by side, they look almost identicle except little things such as the engraved signature is not painted on the real nardi and is on the fake, if you twist the fake one, there is a little bit of play in the wrap where there is no play in the real. If you get the red stitch, no one would notice it is fake unless there is a real one next to it. Mine even came in a nardi box. It feels like a good wheel tho, I will give it that. It feels good and came with the horn where my buddy had to pay extra for the Nardi horn.

FAKE, even some expensive ones on ebay can do fake.the only way to make sure its real is to buy from a reputable dealer

well i have this steering wheel, and first off, its actually really nice. Now i've never held or seen a REAL nardi, because yes this one is fake, but it feels good, nice material, little to no play, and well it looks real.. kinda...

the only bad thing is the horn( you'll see in the pics) sticks about 1/4 inch from the housing so it comes out everyonce and a while, but its not that bad.
