Reaiming Fog Lights

I had a new passenger's side fog light installed on my 2002 I35 because a piece of debris on the freeway completely obliterated the fog light that was in there already. Unfortunately, now the right fog light is aimed higher than the left fog light. I asked the dealer to readjust it and they said that there is not readjustment screw or dial on the fog lights. Is this true? They also said it was extremely hard to access the fog lights because its behind a few access panels.

I just wanna be able to use my fog lights without annoying people. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
