Just need some advice couple months ago my front e- brake cable snapped8-2 i had a rear brake line pop- real fun with out an e-brake-$170 tow- got front brakes now on a rear break line plug job8-4 the battery died- bought a new one 8-5bed is rusted badly- but i still love this vehicle- getting gun shy thoughwell, the '93 d21- reg cab ka24e- runs good but what next? transmission?do I trade it in towards another car or pump more $ into it?

any info on a website that gives better details on replacing brake lines/parts on this and a website that sells cheap parts( partstrain didn't seem too bad) would be appreciatedi have a neighbor with all the flaring tools he said he'd help me but what if the gas lines are rusted to the brake lines? can of wormsi really need a new bed-

This rusted baby has 168,000 on her, been driving it for 13 years and really don't want to let go

thanks

gfry22- peace-out

apologize for my scatter brained post- going on little to no sleep today and now the beer is tasting really good-

I hate to admit this but it makes no sence putting good money into a known pit. If the body is rotten and the brake system is that bad it might be time to cut your losses and move into somthing else. Chances are the frame may have some hidden issues that are even worse than a rusted box.

You can always try and find a newer D21 or Frontier.

I'm crying for your D21.I hope mine is in an urn on my mantle before a salvage yard.Don't let the best truck of all time go to the gutter of dead garbage.Recycle your D21 trucks on the site. There are plenty of people who will buy up your loved ones remains to further the lives of thier dear hardbody's.
