Ready to pull the trigger on lease on an Infiniti M35, comments wanted

OK, I've negotiated what I think is a pretty-good deal on a new M35 base with no packages, about $1000 over invoice, plus some miscellaneous fees, nothing down, 24 month lease, 0.00086 MF, 12K miles/year, residual 69% which makes for a 557/month payment.

Good deal, great deal, lousy deal?

fairly good deal, I got an M35 sport on lease with the journey package with 15000 miles/year for 678/mo.

Sounds like a good deal, I think a lot depends on what area you're in but for a base m35, does sound good.
