Headlights acually have part of the reflector made to "kick" the light up on one side or the other, depending on which side of the car you drive on, to aid in seeing street signs properly at night.
No matter how you adjust them, they will always kick up on one side....
Guy around the corner from me has a MK IV Supra, and he replaced his headlights with the US ones (Glass lens instead of plastic), now they kick up on the right!
Only way around it ( I think ) is to swap the lenses onto the original headlamp housings.My friend with the supra won't try it though, because he shelled out $800 for his headlamps, and doesn't want to risk breaking them.
It's not that daunting, the lenses just need to be heated evenly to soften the tar that holds them on (immerse them in boiling water, or bake on low heat in the oven)If the lenses are plastic, then I would stick with the boiling water....
