Reading specs for nuts and bolts

In the service manuals it will show a diagram with various items.fpr a bolt there will be some numbers listed. Example - 49.0 (5.0, 36). Can anyone remind me how to read this. 49 Ft.Lbs. f torque?

There's generally a call-out for that someplace in or below the diagram, but the usual order is NM (Kg-M, lbs/ft).
