Reading ECU codes question...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The other day, my engine harness somehow got caught in the clutch fan and unplugged a bunch of stuff under the hood. It ripped the plug completely off the MAF sensor. Bought a new MAF with a pigtail and hooked it back up. Still runs like s***. Done the ECU self diagnostic test and got codes 11, 13, & 31. 11= crank angle sensor circuit, 13=engine temperature sensor circuit, & 31=E.C.U. if you didn't know. Does that mean the sensors themselves are bad and the ECU or just the wiring? I wasn't sure since it said circuit at the end. It acts like it is missing when it runs. So I need to buy a CAS, temp sensor, and ECU, correct? Thanks everyone. This has been a huge headache trying to get this figured out.

It could mean the part itself or the circuit is bad. Factory service manual will tell you how to diagnose if the part is faulty using a consult or multi-meter.

If everything was fine prior to the harness catching the fan then I would say you just have a little wiring to do.

I have to say Im not familiar with the ECU code at all...
