Reading Disc

My 2011/12 QX56 (new shape) is having trouble playing discs. It's constantly "reading disc" on discs that previously played ok.

Any advice on this ?

dirty lens. misaligned laser.

cheapest solution: get a DVD/CD lens cleaner (wet type) and run it in the player/

worse case the lens is misaligned and the HU needs to be replaced.

surprised to see people still use CDs.. burn them to SD or add them to the hard disk...

Haha. It's actually my kids that use the dvd. Thanks for the advise.
