i dont know anything about this, can someone summarize? i have ADD and i'm fat (morning+fat=hungry and impatient)

im 5'11" and im 190 im not very far from you man. If you want to loose weight do what i do. I go on a non saturated fat diet. You can eat all the carbs and **** you want but you can't have saturated fat. You usually loose 15-20lbs in a month that way. It stays off too. Once you loose the weight you can work out and keep it off or just sit on your *** and do nothing and it stays off but im getting older so i don't think thats going to happen lol.
You can also splurge for 2 days a week its only fair. Since you will be drinking non fat milk and lots of cereal what else.... Tuna i think has 0 sat. fat along with some other meat. You just have to look its not as hard as it sounds.
Saturated fat is what sticks if you don't eat any food that sticks to you what does your body do? get rid of it. I did that so many times in HS and after. I would loose 15-20 lbs so easy its not even funny. I would like to be at least 160 agian. I could probobly do that by nov.
