RE4R01A vs RE4R03A

Just curious as to what the differences to the 2 trans are. So far all I know is that the Q45 got the RE4R03A along with the TT Z car, while the RE4R01A came in the J30, 240, NA Zs and Pathfinders. I just want to know the difference in gears because I've seen the RE4R03As gears in this forum but not the RE4R01As. I tried a search but didn't get anything. Also, I heard the RE4R03A is more durable than the other. Are they the same size? Will a RE4R03A from a Q45 or TTZ fit into a J?
