Hello all. Please help. I'm driving 06 ZR touring. Stock wheels/tires looking to downsize to 17" for winter (I know, I know, it's early..... but I plan ahead:).So a month ago, you guys advised me that stock g35 17" rims will bolt right onto my Z. Good stuff, I found a set of cheap used mags. Now I have a deal on tires. I can get 225/60 R 17 Toyos.... almost new! Will this work for my car? The seller says the tires come off his old 350Z.Thanks for any help..... (and I did search the forums before posting

I am sure it will work but the 17" G35 wheels had a 50 series tire on it so you may have a little larger diameter, I have heard that can throw your speedo off a tad. Here is the specs for the G35 17" wheels and tires:Front Size: 17x7.5 Offset: +30mm Weight: Tire: 225/50/17

Rear Size: 17x8.0 Offset: +33mm Weight: Tire: 235/50/17

I'm not really concerned that the speedo may be slightly off - I tend to drive much more slowly in winter anyways. I'm more concerned about traction control working properly.

Thanks in advance.

Thats another thing I wanted to ask you if you have that then I would try to get a diameter like the original Z tires. Because the TCS light in your car will go on and off all the time.

good, but you wouldn't get flamed here anyway so don't worry about it
