I'm getting my engine block cleaned up and I have to strip it down to bare block first. Can I re-use the main bolts? I can't find them for sale through ARP and I don't know if they are a torque once type of bolt. Anyone know where I can get new main bolts if I can't or shouldn't?

the mains are not torque to yield. you can reuse them and the tq spec on them is pretty low. it is reassuring to get ARP hardware though. I got mine through rbmotoring. nice thing is, the ARP main studs didn't deflect the main alignment on my motor (according to the shop), so you don't need to get align bored by putting them in. rbmotoring had a kit put together for the 26. not sure about other apps.
