For $100+ you'd better be able to. My buddy used to re-use Fel-Pro gaskets, so I bet you can re-use the Cometic MLS gasket.

does it bother anyone els as much as it bothers me when people call them cosmetic? there is not supposed to be an S there... its COMETIC

yes Im also bothered my the cosmetic name, and I dont like reusing head gaskets twice, its like using a condom twice, I dont even like to use them once. ahahahaha, im drunk sorry if I offended any kids on the forum.
