Re-programming the ECM and TCM cures many issues, my experience......

I just got my car back from the dealer with all the issues that I had and now they have been all fixed plus some.

The dealer now that I got to, is the best. I can't believe how they bent over backwards for me. They also gave me two free movies tickets.

The memory seat buttons have been fixed. The new fuel pump that was released March 2009 has been installed in my car. I sure can feel the difference in take off speed and no more humming and buzzing while driving.

The ECM and TCM was reflashed to the new version. He could not tell me the version number, but it was just released in 2009. I drove this car for 60 miles on the freeway and streets and I can tell you 100% that the 40 mph vibration is now gone. I noticed that the trans speed and shifting matches the engine rpms. Sweet!!! It now feels like my 2007 BMW.

He also installed a 84 month high performace battery that Infiniti is now using in 2009 for their replacement batteries. They do not come with the new EX35.

I got a mobil 1 syn oil change too. He assured me that with this oil, I can go 7,500 miles and the warranty will always be in tact without any issues. Paperwork can be backed up on this.

I will always recommend this is dealer. They are one of the largest in Santa Clarita Valley and for Plamdale/Lancaster. They basically cover 300 miles. I talked to a guy that drive 120 miles one way to use this dealer. No wonder why it is only by appointments. No walk in's.

They washed and waxed my vehicle since they had it for 3 days.
