it is also in the owner's manual how to turn off/on the locks at 15mph.

My manual only details how to change the 'Auto Unlock' settings. It has a code number of 'C11-D'. Does your manual have a different code?

I have an 08 model so no auto lock feature here ... kind of glad I don't have it
