thats the impul kit that was on ebay a couple of months ago.

no rims yet but i wanna go 18x10rear and 18/8 8 1/2 or 9in the ft. i really like the deep lipped five star pattern. ive got a few in mind but funds are low!

ive made a custom set of coilovers, but im gonna get the jic magics when i can.

my average mpg on my truck is 7-10, but the rims weigh 150 lbs. each. thats not helping, neither is the system! nor all the byatches! so thats were my cash is going! hope to have paint on it mid summer. got that cash, but my guys busy. startin to save for rimmies. i really want to make it to a meet sometime. it gets boring detailing your car cause you have no friends. wait, no it doesnt!

Was that kit from ShineAutoProject? Shine sold an Impul kit out from under me because I was out of country at the time. Told them as soon as I got back I'd paypal them. So they put it on E-bay and sold it after agreeing to sell it to me.

Man your car is going to look so hot with that kit. Good luck and don't rush things! make sure you get a great paint job with at least 3-5 coats of paint and at least three coats of clear. Painting it that way will give you DA Shnitz Da GLOW!!

im sorry to say yes... this was from shine auto project!

my body guy is real good, and a good friend. that makes a bif difference in price n quality!! plus free food n beer...after its done, cant hurt either.

im kinda stuck on weather i should paint the whole car or not. infinitis paint is so good it would be a shame to cover it up. my friend says his shop usses the best there is and just the pearl paint hes borrowing would cost around 2500!

i kinda like no pin stripe, gives it a clean look. i guess it will depend on what he wants to do. the good thing about him is hes a perfectionist. yippie for me!!!

thanks for the compliment

Well at least you are installing it and I can see what it does for your Q when you're done. Which ever way you go with the paint make it last..

good luck

Hey Thomas,

Are you gonna have the hood done as well? See pic.

The impul has always looked very good on the G50. Like it's part of the car.

Make sure that when you go to pick it up you have a camera and take pics BEFORE you drive it. That way when you get back you can post them.

im def. not going to do the grill. i actally put a piece of masking tape over the hole where the emblem goes and stepped back. it looked pretty good without it!. ill take a pick sometime soon so you guys can tell me your opinion. yea there will be pics of before, after, and in the booth. ive decidedon painting the whole car now. pearl is such a hard color to match, and fresh paint with lots of clear would look good no matter what. now that i see the blue body kit im almost temped to paint it the metalic blue i was asking about months ago. but its just so much more work. the whole engine bay door jambs bla bla bla. would be cool tho!
