Ok i recently stripped my back area in my 96 240sx so there is no seat only the side panels back there. Is there any place to buy prefit carpet for that if not whats the easiest way to make my own and best way to make it fold in place and stick?

As far as I know, there is no pre-fab carpet for that area. I suppose you could improvise something from a trunk carpet so that it would match....

I am doing the same thing and I am laying down wood and trimming the interior pieces and laying matching carpet over it. Should look factory I hope.

There is a website that sells fiberglass or carbon fiber replacement covers for the seats, may or may not be what you want but worth taking a look at I guess.
