with all my negative news, i felt like posting some positive news... until more bad stuff happened, but i got one of the twins mounted on my motor, but i had an issue with one of the exh manifolds.... first off the company shipped me 2 of the same manifold, and number 2 the t3 flange is FUBAR and dont clear the turbo studs, so i am currently looking for a stock set of rb26 manifolds... also the adapter plate needs minor modification, so i start to take a pic with one turbo mounted to my motor and ****ign camera dies.... ohh well tommorrow i am going to be cleaning up garage a bit i will post some more pics then my goal is within next week to have motor fully assembled with turbos mounted, clutch installed, and transmission attached and have it sitting on a dolly until mounts come so i can drop it inand be done with it !!

Take another look at your exhaust manifold adapters. Here is a photo of my two RB26 heads. Notice the bolt patterns.

I think thats where he might be stuck at lol. It could be a easy fix though. Cut off the flanges and reweld them on how they are suppose to be and you'll be all set.

got quite a bit done, going to have both manifolds mounted, , and all of intake side will be done in roughly a day or so, sux but imma need a z32 align ment tool for my clutch, gunna install nismo pivot bolt, and new Throw out bearing tommorrow, has anyone seen an install write up for a twin plate clutch, i am assuming its similar to single plate, gunna use the core motor mounts, order them up tommorrow, an dhave em in roughly 3 days, so that gives me 5 days to have motor ready to be dropped in bay then comes the nightmare of wiring the haltech, anyone know any shops on east coast perfer NJ that can tune haltech as well as fab up a downpipe ? i got my gauge placement how i want it, and the circuit sports shift knob, and stri EGT and fuel psi gauge came today, hopefully some local yocals will stop by and do some small stuff for me so i can focus on prepping motor !! well i will have some juicy pics up in a day or so

I installed an Cusco Exedy twin plate stage IV clutch on mine. Its not hard, Same as any other clutch install, Just make sure you have the alignment tool and you red loc tight those bolts.

Hope you upgrade your slave cylinder on the twin plate clutch, Its all I can do to push mine down. When driving around town I get a leg pump like none other.
