Engine was rebuilt. Stock engine with AEM SERIES 1 ems. I am not getting spark or fuel since it was reinstalled. Fuel pump is on and pumping. Any advise would be great. I have two plugs toward the rear of the engine that I do not have a home for. One has a small relay on the end of it the other is open. One is white other is black. Could these be the problem.

If it was running on this system before something was hooked back up wrong. Consult the instruction manual for the system you have and check all connections.

If the fuel pump is kicking on but you're not receiving any fuel, it's either a broke/pinched line, injectors aren't engaging (receiving voltage), or the polarity on the pump wiring was reversed. Sometimes looking a problems individually can help you locate the culprit. But with no fuel or spark making it into the cylinders, I would agree with the ^mod^ and to check the ems as well as something may be wrong with the computer itself or hooked up wrong.
