which one do you reccommend? What is the main difference beside hp and torque? do any of u have eigther one of these motors?

I recommend sticking with a KA if you are stuck between these two motors.

I might understand the rb25det only because the s15 has 6spd but if you ask about the rb26...nissan's icon race engine....
