i was wondering if it is possible to make a 240 all wheel drive using the skyline engine.

Yes. Is it easy? No. Is it worth it? Maybe, but ill lean towards no. I believe there are a "few" shops that do the swap. Try a SEARCH. There have been several RB25DET swaps, but I guess your looking for AWD.
