Hey, i just noticed on mckinneys website they have a turbo elbow spacer. Just wondering if you NEED these to get the mckinney downpipe to clear the steering column? I have searched google but havent found if it is necessary. This is going into an s14, i think s13 would be the same. Any input on this is appreciated. Thanks

Could do, also wondering if anyone knows how you install the downpipe, it being so tight, from the bottom/top? install on engine before dropping it in? i am still waiting on it in the mail so please dont say go try.

RB26dett with our (tt) down pipe does not need spacers. the one on the web site are for the RB25DET....INSTALLS FROM THE BOTTOM. disconnect the steering shaft and install the hook the shaft back up. make sure its correctly aligned and has enough clearance the start the car...
