I am finishing up with what you see here. My Oil Pan which was modified for FR use. I do not want any piece of aluminum on my engine to go unpolished so I did it. It serves absolutely no performance value whatsoever but hey it looks cool. I took the reinforcement grating off to make the job a little easier and it is not needed since it will not experience much for torque without the front diff on it.

Pimpderosa! Your swap should be looking good once your done with it. You have spent loads of time cleaning your swap up. When do you plan to have this thing up and going.

Hopefully by next summer. Once I have the mission and the rest of the drive train (this summer) I will go and get the car into the shop for seem welding and some blister fenders all around with some other little ideas I have. I will be leaving for Iraq in June so I figure all of that can get done while I am gone. When I come back, it will be a matter of assembly and tuning. It is definately taking a while but it will be worth it.

That thing is blindingly rediculous.

I like it. Hopefully it didn't take an enormous amount of time...

It has been actually a little easier than the intake manifold was sue to the long flat surfaces. Total work time will end up being around 8-10 days.
