RB26DETT Frontier

Hey New Guy Here Needin NFO.......

Ok heres the deal....i was wanting to know if a RB26 swap has ever been done to a frontier....i am getting in to offroad racing and would like a reliable depend motor and truck.....the truck will probably be a 2002 model pulled from a junkyard.....

i know that older model trucks use KA24's could that be easier

and if you have pictures please post them

Anyway, ive never heard of an RB in a fronteir, however thers a guy swapping in a VH45DE (Infiniti Q45 V8) into a frontier, he posts in teh VH forum all time...

I have seen RB25DET in a frontier before as well as the SR20DET.

With the RB26DETT you would need a transmission from and RB25DET and the twin turbo setup would probably be in the way of the steering column. SR20DET would be easier and significantly cheaper.
