That's a pretty good price.

How much I trust the seller.... well, I don't know anything about them, and that's a lot of money to drop when you're not sure of the results, quality of the motor, etc...

Most RB26 motors go for a little over $3k with the standard AWD transmission. Then you have to find a rb25 5pd to actually run it in a 240sx. (unless you have big bucks to make a 240 awd... yes I know it's been done). The 25 trans usually runs well over $1k. So most people have up to $4500 in just the motor and trans. That doesn't account for the other $5k+ that it usually takes to get them installed, wired, maintained, mounted, etc...

Sounds a bit fishy... If you read closely that price supposedly includes shipping too not to mention the 5spd trans (as mentioned earlier)... I would be very cautious, it sounds too good to be true.
