Here are some pictures of my 1993 240sx Convertible with a R32 RB26DETT
Parts list is really long but here is just a bit.
Z32 30mm Aluminum front brakes with Brembo rotors
S14 single large piston rear brakes with Brembo rotors
Tein Super Drift Coilovers
R32 GTR 16x8 wheels with Maxxis tires
Tanabe Sway bars
Blitz Nur Spec Exhaust
R32 Apexi intakes
Mishimoto Intercooler, Radiator, Twin Fans
Greddy Oil Thermostat setup with Earl Cooler and lines
Carbon Fiber Engine covers (imported from AU)
Nur GTR Engine Emblem
HKS Type 1 Turbo TImer
Apexi Down Pipe (Modified)
Syko Motor mounts
Spec Clutch (2000 Miles and already burnt out it was junk)
N1 Oil Pump
N1 Water Pump
RB25 Harmonic Balancer (New from Nissan Japan)
Autometer ES Guages (Boost, oil temp, oil pressure, water temp)
R32 GTR Steering Wheel
Driveshaft Shop Custom Driveshaft
Z31 Brake Master Cylinder

And thats just what I can remember without going through all my paperwork.
All in all my total so far into this is roughly $35,000

Future plans are S14 Kouki Front conversion with a R33 Style bumper
Widebody fenders in the rear with BBS LM's all around with a wide setup in the back
R32 GTR Gunmetal Grey Paint
And again alot more

With the "future plans" you mention, are you really intending to sell? If so, listing an actual asking price would help your ad.

No I'm not selling the car. Probably will never sell the car, just posted this for all the Nissan Sport Magazine fans and listed the total amount I have spent on it because that next to technical build questions is the most common question I am always asked.

Ah, my mistake. Your post read so much like a misplaced ad I had to ask. Very nice S13- good luck with continuing to develop it!

No problem, and thank you. One of these days I'll get around to cleaning up the exterior and interior and I'll submit it to the Magazine.
