rb26det parts into a rb25det

ok guys.. i have found a broken rb26det which was delibratly broken at the block after being someones test mule in japan, now it still has its intake plenum, pistons, cams, conrod, vlaves, rocker cover, water and oil pump, littrally the whole engine minus the turbine, banana, and wire harness as well as its ecu.... its going for something like usd150... what can i take from it besides the intake plenum and transfer directly into my rb25det without any mods???

And what exactly do you want to use?

Try clarifying and then we might be able to assist you. And what the hell.. a banana? Don't talk about fruit when it comes to motors/engines.. it just confuses people.

wow i feel like kicking all your arses... a banana is a aftermarket extractor used with an aftermarket turbo!!!!! it is proper termlogy damn yall!!!! from where i come from....

anyways just the bottom of the block is cracked... the lower block just above the oil sump... everything else is there... i want to use its pistons, cams, crank shaft, rocker(valves, springs etc), rocker cover, and intake plenum. so can i transfer all these parts to my rb25det without modding anything???

you can use the rods/pistons/crank. they will fit in the 25 but you need machine work. also you'll need all new bearings cuz none of the clearances will match.

intake plenum needs mods to fit, exhaust manifold aka "banana"? wont fit directly cuz the bolt pattern is different. head isn't a direct swap either.
